Patient Recruitment Specialist

The Patient Recruitment Specialist will work in a call center setting and be responsible for all recruitment related activities for assigned clinical trials. This includes but is not limited to mastery of protocol specific inclusion/exclusion criteria, participation in the development of recruitment strategies and plans, and the tracking of recruitment results. The Patient Recruitment Specialist will mainly be responsible for phone screening potential study participants, entering information into the clinical database, and scheduling potential participants for on-site visits

Project Manager

The Project Manager will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

HR Administrator

The HR administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. The ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

  • While we are flexible, our commitment is to the client. Each client will have different requirements; most of our team members work 40 hours a week for full-time work and 20 hours a week for part-time work.

  • It depends on your client - we have clients that require a set schedule and others that have a lot of flexibility. This is something that would be discussed during the interview process for a specific client.

  • All of our clients are primarily English-speaking. So, you must have excellent written, verbal, and cognitive skills in English.

  • When joining UniTriTeam you would be a Contractor with us. UniTriTeam then subcontracts you to one of our clients. So essentially, you officially work for UniTriTeam but are also part of our client’s team as well.

  • Our team members come from a wide range of professional backgrounds, and your UniTriTeam rate depends on your expertise, experience, and the complexity of your industry.

  • If you join UniTriTeam, you will be a contractor. Contractors do not get paid health benefits or paid time off. However, at UniTriTeam we believe in “quality of life,” so we do offer 9 paid holidays off and 3 weeks of paid time off per year for full-time team members (24 days total) and 8 paid holidays and 1.5 weeks of paid time off per year for part-time team members (13.5 days total).

  • UniTriTeam has a referral program. If you are employed with us and refer a colleague that we hire for an open position, you will get $1,000.
