No. Our team members work your preferred hours—in your time zone.

The duration of a UniTriTeam assignment can range from 30 days to many years, it’s up to you. Your UniTriTeam member will report to a manager within your organization as well as to us. We monitor how the relationship is working through regular (but not obtrusive) follow-ups with both the client and the UniTriTeam member. We want to make sure the arrangement is optimal and will provide training and guidance to your assistant should that be necessary. If it turns out that you’d rather be matched with another candidate, we’ll take care of the turnover process.

No. Your team member is on our payroll, and you will be invoiced a monthly flat fee. Think of it as a ‘lease’ arrangement. You will be leasing our top-notch talent.

Once we understand what you need, we’ll find several good candidates and arrange introductory meetings. We will be present in the intro meetings so we can help you select the right candidate for your workflow issues.

You will treat them as part of your team. Because the relationship will be remote, you can use WhatsApp, Email, or any web video system for daily communication. Additionally, all UniTriTeam members have a US phone number.

No. Our team members have their own professional equipment, and we supply up-to-date software to perform their assignments. We also provide ongoing professional development and skills training.

We ask that you give it 30 days because it is normal to go through an initial adjustment period with any new employee. However, if it simply isn’t a good fit, we will replace your team member immediately. We are happy to match you with a new UniTriTeam member, and we will handle the turnover process.

The monthly rate depends on the position and the client's need, i.e. whether the position is full time or part time. We can custom tailor a package that meets your needs and your budget.
