The Patient Recruitment marketing strategy created new leads in Salesforce, the Patient recruiters called on all prospective patients within 24 hours and utilized Salesforce to qualify the patients for the study. Patient scheduling for screening was done through Salesforce utilizing a CRIO API to show that appointment at the site. Key patient data was pushed to CRIO and back to Salesforce to ensure they had the most up-to-date data about the patients when the team was recruiting. The results were improved speed to schedule, increased conversion, and increased patient retention.
